Life and Wellness Coaching follows a few fundamental techniques that can be used to facilitate stress relief and personal wellness as well as organization, strategic planning, and time management. Our speciality is our unique tailor-made programs made to help you navigate through major life issues, practical tips, and resources, as well as interventions and requirements, exercises to help you stay focused and on track.
Sometimes we feel lost and are not really sure what’s holding us back. A life and wellness coach can help you find a holistic way to better your mind, body, and soul to enhance your productivity. You might have a different affinity towards various interventions, that’s why we insist on developing a unique plan for each client which is made in collaboration with them.
First, few in-depth sessions are conducted in-person or video conference. This allows you the freedom to take sessions without waiting in traffic or parking and makes it easier to stay consistent with less of a time commitment. Follow up session are mostly on-call with one in-person meeting per month. The complimentary yoga and meditation sessions are done by professionals over video conference.
Coaching sessions are typically 50 to 60 minutes, depending on the level and progress. This also includes personal Yoga and meditation sessions along with a psychological consultation if required. Together we can work out a schedule to fit your specific needs. You can choose what you want to work on and lead the call or follow our suggestions and recommendations. Intensives and longer sessions are available for specific situations. Please feel free to ask us for more information.
Coaching and therapy are two separate consultations and can be used separately or together. Both can help you to build a strong foundation for your Life but have a few fundamental differences. Therapy helps you to untangle your past and to heal emotional pains and bring closure to troubling events. Life and wellness coaching look at where you are at right now in terms of your overall wellness. It focuses on the present and assists you in moving forward using a more mindful and fulfilling approach. Coaches are collaborators and specialists. Unlike therapists, they do not diagnose or treat mental disorders.
Yes. Absolutely. No one will know that you are working with us unless you tell them. Details of your sessions are never discussed with anyone except you.
The coaching relationship is based on trust – it’s crucial that you feel able to express yourself openly and safely with your coach. At the same time, your alignments with the coaching ideology and methods used are significant. Our advice is to have a quick phone chat with a prospective coach first, and then trust your gut feeling. Is this someone who you are comfortable talking to? Do your thoughts align? Do you think they’ll be able to help you with your specific situation? And of course, is this within your financial means at this time?

Not really, a coach is not a magician that can fix it with a wand. What a coach can do is to help you understand where they are coming from and help you better understand your strengths and weaknesses. Better awareness will help you to make better choices, and with the help of a coach, you can rewire yourself to get better results.
Science has given us enough evidence to suggest that it takes 66 days to wire in a new habit or rewirement to multiply your productivity and yet it takes just 1 decision to change your life.
